- Worked with Legal, PM, PgM, and ads tech writers to update product documentation and policy docs, and coordinate localization and publication to get ahead of multiple domestic and foreign privacy initiatives so our products and users weren't hampered by noncompliance.

Set up A/B tests to determine efficacy of adding video content to help-center articles.

Multi-quarter SEO project

Goal: Ensure that GA4 articles were surfaced first in search results
Used Search Console reports to collect top-100 user queries
Determined which article should be first result for each query
Worked with Media Lab to determine necessary article improvements
Results: Slide 1, Slide 2 (Full deck of methodology and results, playbook for other teams)

Worked with social-media team to amplify GA4 messaging

Lead writer, Google Analytics 4 help center

Created the first version of the help center for Google Analytics 4, a new event-based version of the product. I covered all features except the Explorations module.

Wrote all content for new features (including admin features)
Updated existing content for migrated features (including admin features)
Participated in all weekly feature meetings
Researched all feature development (e.g., PRDs, comm docs)
Tracked the work of writer for Explorations module and writer for Google Tag Manager
After the beta release of GA4 and the new help center, 3 additional writers were assigned to the project
